What are your working hours?
Our current working hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM (temporary schedule).
Do I need an appointment for a consultation?
No, you can visit us without an appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we currently accept five insurance providers: FMC, Al Madallah, NGI, Inaya, and Ecare.
What services do you offer at the clinic?
We provide General Practitioner (GP) consultations, ear piercing, influenza vaccinations, ECG, and lab tests.
How can I refill my prescription?
You can refill your prescription after a follow-up consultation with the doctor.
